The 10/28 game vs Tahlequah was held on a Monday afternoon. The game was originally scheduled for Friday 10/25 but was re-scheduled to observe the funeral of prominent Stilwell citizen Lucien Skacewater.

Speaking of Arthur Stilwell, the railroad baron also founded the towns of Stilwell, Kansas and Port Arthur, Texas. The eccentric Stilwell believed that "gnomes" or "brownies" gave him all of his instructions. Apparently the little elves weren't financial wizards as Stilwell's railroad company went broke just a few months after Stilwell was founded.
